Something To Ponder Upon.

OPTIMISM.

I have always placed much importance in this word, no matter where i go.
if you were always trying to think that the worst is coming and no matter what you do, it's always outta your hands, then you are so wrong.
consigning yourself to defeat without giving it a shot is ultimately still a BIG, big failure.
you drowned yourself in the sea without trying to struggle to stay afloat.
you took a penalty shot with your eyes closed as you did not want to see if you scored or missed.

still, it's still not about praying and hoping for the best.
it's about knowing it yourself, knowing that you can make a difference to your life.
if you ever tried without giving it up.


AWESOME STORY. (from mildred's blog)

A white woman, about 51 years old, was seated next to a black man on an airplane. Obviously disturbed by this, she called the air hostess. “Madam, what is the matter?” the hostess asked. “You obviously do not see it,” she responded. “You placed me next to a black man. I do not agree to sit next to someone from such a repugnant group. Give me an alternative seat.” “Be calm please,” the hostess replied. “Almost all the places on this flight are taken. I will go to see if another place is available.” The Hostess went away and then came back a few minutes later.

“Ma’am, I spoke to the captain and he informed me that there is also no seat in the business class. All the same, we still have one place in the first class.” Before the woman could say anything, the hostess continued, “It is not usual for our company to permit someone from the economy class to sit in the first class, however, given the circumstances, the captain feels that it would be scandalous to make someone sit next to someone so disgusting.” The hostess turned to the black man and said “Therefore, Sir, if you would like to, please collect your hand luggage, a seat awaits you in first class.” At that moment, the other passengers who were shocked by what they had just witnessed stood up and applauded.

back from chalet like 32875439856 days ago.
and all of a sudden, updating my blog doesn't seem so much like a formality.
exams next week, 4 straight days of exams. (mon to thurs)
with the last one on next monday after the four killers.

two more chalets coming up for me over the next month or so.
wondering if i should go for both. or just the BBQs.

I'd be better be thinking twice before getting mad.

sometimes i feel like i'm trapped between losing someone and my own ego.
but that doesn't mean you nor me are right at all times.
is it supposed to work that way?
whether it's negative or it's positive.
feelings have to be expressed/communicated to the other party at times too.
good communication is really, far too underestimated.
perhaps, that could be better.

caught up with school, hockey trainings, workouts, NDP trainings.

Back To School.

i could well say that my holidays have been well spent on.
two movies, hockey training sessions, just hanging out with the clique, birthday party, gymming etc.
and of course, was able to spend more quality time with you. <3

world cup update.
FRANCE was disappointing, boring football. 0-0 with uruguay.
at least england did better playing USA to a 1-1 draw which was overshadowed by Robert Green(goalkeeper)'s mistake.

simply awesome with comedy, romance, action, and touching scenes all thrown into this movie.
